  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef (preferably lean)
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Tortillas
  • Lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, red onions, bell pepper, and other desired toppings

Recipe

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any fat.
