Ingredients (8 servings)

  • 2g pistachios (innaccurate but quick: 3 pieces)
  • 4g walnut halves (innaccurate but quick: 3-4 pieces)
  • 2g pumpkin seeds (innaccurate but quick: 10 pieces)
  • 4g dried cranberries
  • 4g pecans (innaccurate but quick: 3 pieces)
  • 6g almonds (innaccurate but quick: 5 pieces)
  • 1 slice of dried fruit
  • Other desired extras: I use Cooked Shitake mushrooms, banana chips, pretzels

Recipe

Nothing special. Get some small, sealable containers, throw all the ingredients into each one, seal them up.

Pro tip: I use old Oui Yogurt jars with some lids I bought off Amazon. Cheap and works great for small meal prep snacks.
