Welcome! I'm Danny, a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for helping busy professionals achieve their fitness goals. With 5 years of experience in personal training and over a decade as a senior engineer at renowned companies like Amazon, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing a demanding career with a healthy lifestyle.

My journey into fitness began as a way to cope with the intense demands of the tech industry. Most of us need human support and accountability to reach our fitness goals. Unfortunately, traditional personal training services can be quite expensive and difficult for many lifestyles (not enough time, not comfortable in gyms, want to workout in home gym). Dynamick Training gives everyone access to all of the benefits of a 1-on-1 relationship with an expert personal trainer at a fraction of the cost, anywhere you want to workout, and without have to schedule your workouts a week in advance.

Working with a personal trainer online through text message, app, and video can be a far more efficient way to get the results you’re looking for. You spend less time and money coordinating schedules with your trainer, and more time focusing on your daily workout/nutrition plan, and overcoming any hurdles you face.

We'll start by discussing a few things: (1) your goals (2) time you're willing to commit (3) what kind of equipment you have available (4) what kind of nutrition tracking approach we'll use for your lifestyle. Then I'll create a custom program matching your goals for your lifestyle with the equipment you have.

Then we'll monitor the data and adjust the plan as we go. Providing form checks, checking in regularly, and answering any fitness questions you have along the way.

The main differences between in-person and online training is where the learning happens. In-person training is hands-on and requires physical attendance usually on a specific schedule between you and an instructor. Online training allows learners to complete training activities at their own pace wherever and whenever.

Unlike trainers that charge per session, Dynamick Training provides unlimited workouts, nutrition monitoring, & Q&A for a flat, affordable monthly fee. We want you to progress as quickly as possible!

However much time you want to spend on fitness. I've worked with a variety of clients: body builders who can spend 5 days a week in a gym, engineers with 3 days a week wanting to bulk up, to parents who need to stay at home with their children and really only have 10 minutes a day but just want to lose some weight and feel better. Fitness should be tailored to an attainable lifestyle specifically for you.

I'm a certified nutritionist. We will discuss nutrition, and what the best version of nutrition tracking for your lifestyle will be. For some that means nutrition tracking apps, for others that means no food tracking at all, so we'll work with guidelines. Based on the information we gather, I'll provide feedback on what you’re doing well and what you could improve on based on your goals. If you have any specific diets you’d like to follow (ie, intermittent fasting, keto, paleo, or other), I can help navigate those with you too.

Any kinds of workouts that you would like! Just let me know what your favorite types of exercise are - whether you’re into HIIT, barre, weight training, running, swimming, rowing, bootcamp, hiking, biking, or anything else you can think of. We incorporate your favorites into your custom plan.

It’s great that online workouts have given so many people access to better fitness options, and if you’re consistent about doing the right ones, they can be very effective. But no one-size-fits all program can deliver the same results -- or consistency and accountability -- that a program that’s designed specifically for you can. Working with me ensures you’re doing workouts that will actually deliver the results you want, and gives you the accountability that only comes from working one-on-one with another human. Fitness also needs to be holistic - nutrition, sleep, and wellness all play a huge part in how you reach your goals - and a trainer can help you address all the components you need to succeed.

No problem! I will design your custom workout plan specifically to suit your situation. Your workouts incorporate wherever you prefer to exercise and whatever equipment you have available to you — from being at home with no equipment, to being at a gym fully-stocked with the latest gear, and everywhere in-between. We can incorporate outdoor runs or any other fitness activity you'd enjoy. The goal is to create a convenient and realistic training plan that you can stick to.
